Editorial Policy — The Standards We Hold To

Editorial standards for FantasyCricketMatch — independence, verification, voice, photography, corrections, and affiliate disclosure.

Editorial scene

This policy describes the editorial standards applied to content published under FantasyCricketMatch. We hold to these standards internally and externally; if you spot a deviation, send us a note via the contact channel and we will look at it within five working days.

Independence

FantasyCricketMatch is an independent editorial project. We do not accept compensation from operators in exchange for coverage, do not run paid placements, and do not promote offers. Where coverage references a brand, the framing is research, not endorsement.

Verification

Where a fact is sourced from a primary document (an operator's published terms, a regulator's register, a court filing), we cite the source. Where a fact cannot be verified, we say so on the page. We do not invent ownership, app features, sign-up bonuses, or company data.

Voice

Our editorial voice is candid and reader-facing. We avoid SEO-style boilerplate and structural labels. Where a position is editorial (captain pick, role preference, conditions read), we state it and say why. Where observation is observational (what the strip looks like), we keep it observational. We separate the two so readers can disagree cleanly.

Photography

Imagery on this desk is produced by a documentary cricket photographer commissioned per cycle. No third-party stock photography, no licensed library imagery, no AI-rendered faces with attached text. Where a photograph is reused, it is reused within this site only.

Corrections

If a published analysis contains a factual error, we publish a correction note at the top of the affected page. Corrections are dated and signed by the verifying editor.

Affiliate disclosure

This desk does not run affiliate links. If you find one on this site, please report it; it does not belong.

Updates to this policy

This policy is reviewed every six months. Material changes are flagged at the top of this page with the date of the update.
